Free shipping over €79

Orders over €79 qualify for free standard shipping at checkout, except for 100×140 cm framed orders. The order total must reach €79 after discounts and before shipping is applied.

For orders under €79, and for oversized items, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and delivery address.

Shipping costs

Standard art print shipping is calculated at checkout.

For most rolled paper print orders, shipping starts from €7.99. Oversized 100×140 cm paper prints start from €8.99.

When more than one rolled paper print is shipped in the same package, additional rolled paper prints usually do not add extra shipping cost.

Framed prints, matted prints and oversized items may have different shipping costs because they need different packaging. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery times include production, packing, and shipping in most cases.

These are estimated working-day timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates. Local postal delays, customs processing, public holidays, and other small logistical disasters may affect the final delivery time.

Made-to-order production

Once your order is confirmed, it is sent into production. Your print is then prepared, packed, and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you by email where available.

If you cannot find your tracking details, contact us and we will check the order for you.

Packaging

Orders are packed according to the print size, product type, and shipping destination.

The aim is simple: the print should arrive safely, cleanly, and in the condition it was meant to be seen in.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you need to change the delivery address, contact us immediately. We will do what we can, but address changes are not always possible once an order has moved into production or dispatch.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Because each print is made to order, cancellation is only possible before production has started. Once a print has been produced, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Customs and import charges

Orders are produced as close to the delivery address as the fulfilment network allows. This helps reduce shipping time and can reduce customs issues.

Customs fees, import duties, taxes or local charges may still apply depending on the destination country, product type and order value. These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate it.

If the shipment is confirmed as lost, a replacement will be arranged.

Damaged or defective orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the damaged print
  • clear photos of the packaging
  • a short description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Returns and refunds

Each print is produced especially for your order, so please contact us before sending anything back.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is confirmed lost in transit, we will help resolve it. In most cases, this means arranging a replacement.

For change-of-mind returns, please contact us first so we can review the request. Because the prints are made to order, these returns are not automatically accepted.
