Our products
The Busy Wall sells made-to-order art prints and posters for modern interiors.
We make every reasonable effort to show our products accurately. However, colours, contrast, texture, scale, and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, and the size or format you choose.
Product descriptions, images, prices, and availability may be updated or changed at any time without notice.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item.
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, unavailable products, or delivery restrictions.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including the artwork, size, format, quantity, and shipping address.
Because each print is produced on demand, order changes and cancellations are only possible before production has started. Once an order has entered production, we may no longer be able to cancel or change it.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown on the website and may change without notice.
The final price, including applicable taxes and shipping costs where shown, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and shipping information. If your payment cannot be processed or your order information is incomplete or incorrect, we may delay, cancel, or refuse the order.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are produced on demand and shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production times, postal or courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, incorrect address details, or events outside our control.

Customs and import charges
For some destinations, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or local charges may apply. These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law.
Returns, refunds, and damaged orders
Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged items, incorrect items, and lost orders are handled according to our Return Policy.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thebusywall.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the legal cooling-off period applies. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Items must be returned in suitable condition and securely packaged.
For customers outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless required by applicable law. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or confirmed lost orders will still be reviewed and resolved.

Buying a print does not give you copyright or reproduction rights in the artwork.
